This first good 8 hours rather hard day led, with a hard rise, with the collar of Ghorepani, extraordinary view-point on Dhaulagiri. The path passes by the villages of Shuami, Hille and Tirkhedunga (1498m), then it climbs until Ulleri (2073m) by a long series of staircases (3767 steps! ).Always in the forest, we pass by the village of Nayathanti (2606m) and one arrives finally at Ghorepani (2853m).
