Cayo Coco is at 70 kilometers in the north of Moron, it is a superb small island of more than 350 km2 by which one reaches by a road built by the man power the beautiful medium of the archipelago of Camaguey and the Caribbean Sea. We advise to absolutely see the headlight Diego Velasquez on Cayo Paredon Grande in the east (island connected by 100 m of dam to Cayo Coco). This headlight is officially not visited but if you nicely request it from the guard, it will be made a pleasure of taking you along in top! The sight is splendid: transparent water and blue as far as the eye can see, beaches of dreams, coasts rock (see photo). Do not forget to give 1 $CUC discreetly to him if you are content with the visit!
While leaving on the west Cayo Coco, one arrives at Cayo Guillermo where splendid the playa Pilar is. On Cayo Coco, much of hotels without hearts, only playa Flamenco is advised with travellerss in search for quiet places.
