Rome is the capital city of Italy and of the Lazio region, as well as the country's largest and most populous comune, with more than 2.7 million residents. To get around Rome, there is Bus and Subway. In October 2007, prices were as follows:
1 euro for a ticket valid for 75 minutes for all bus and only one way in subway.
4 euros ticket valid for 24 hours for all bus and all subway desired.
