Dalian is the largest port of the North of China, at the level of the country it arrives after those of HongKong, Shanghai and Tianjin.
Historically, Dalian is with a few kilometers of the naval port of Lushun ex Port Arthur.
Initially small fishing port, this opening on the China Sea and the sea of Bohai gave to Dalian an international attractivity with the development of many industries.
Not very known in Europe and France, Dalian however constitutes an excellent center of interest; modern, with human size. It should be noted that Le Havre (France) is twinned with Dalian since 1985.
