Volksrepublik China - Jinghong

The city of Jinghong is located in the heart of Xishuangbanna. It’s here (4 km from the downtown) that is the Xishuangbanna airport. Now this city has a certain charm.
The long streets lined with palm trees, large gardens, a very reasonable traffic. You can make your Jinghong base camp to explor the region.

Remember, if you rely on the local bus services, you can almost make one thing in the day. You can rent (many rental shops) bikes and make excursions around Jinghong cool or otherwise for further, I choose the option to rent a taxi for the day (200 yuans). It will take you into places that you want.

For the hotel, you have to take a double room very correct for 120 yuans during the Lunar New Year unless the rest of the year:

In the city itself you can visit the botanical garden medicinal (free) from the centre and garden flowers and tropical plants (40 yuans per person), which is right next to the park above.
